A new beach house, steps from the sand

A new modern coastal home on a quiet interior lot in the heart of Neptune Beach, a short walk past First Street to the sand. Clean lines, wide covered balconies and a rooftop deck make the most of the beach-town setting.

Inside, 4,156 square feet of air-conditioned living space is planned for the way people actually live at the beach: an owner's suite on each floor, a big open kitchen and living room that opens to the lanai and pool, and plenty of room for family and guests. High-end lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim throughout.
